About me
I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist offering both short and long-term therapy to adults (aged over 18) on an individual basis. Sessions can be held in person in central London (W1) or online.
Background
A deep interest in people and their stories — how they are shaped over time by their interactions with others and their environments — first led me to read Geography at Oriel College, Oxford. I then went on to work in the publishing industry for 15 years before deciding to focus on a passion for psychology and the healing potential that lies in human connection.
As well as private practice, I have worked in the charity sector for a number of years, including a low-cost counselling service working with a wide range of clinical presentations, a nation-wide charity supporting disadvantaged families with children under the age of five and a local, community bereavement service.
